Some... well, let's just say a make them almost never, and on the rare occasion that I do, he opts for a bowl of cereal!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-87716306014258499272007-05-21T10:22:00.000+03:002007-05-21T10:22:00.000+03:00Thanks for your compliment, too, Vince!!!Yep, I've...Thanks for your compliment, too, Vince!!!

Yep, I've browsed some of your blogs and they're interesting as well. :-)))

Yeah, I guess that's one thing I can share with the world...the transition from being a tropical girl to being a "polar bear". LOL!!!

Similarities between Finland and Indo? Hmmm...I'll have to think about that first. :-))) So we'll see later what I can come up with concerning that topic. :-)))Amelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16792921371964029469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-17994339187081359582007-05-21T10:19:00.000+03:002007-05-21T10:19:00.000+03:00Amel, you have a really good thing going here with...Amel, you have a really good thing going here with your blog!! The more you talk about the transition from being in one culture and then moving to another one so very different, the better. I think lots of people would like to hear about that.
Is there anything that's similar about both places (Finland and Indonesia?)
Oh by the way, thank you so much for your comments on my blog! Hope you get a chance to read some more of it. It won't be as interesting as yours but I'll try..... :)Qualityservice44https://www.blogger.com/profile/03027691601855886231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-39274473458221410562007-05-21T10:05:00.000+03:002007-05-21T10:05:00.000+03:00THX for all the comments!!!Yeah, I LOVE watching F...THX for all the comments!!!

Yeah, I LOVE watching Fear Factor, as well, even though I'm not sure I dare to try all the food they give the contestants there he he...

About the term "inter-racial", I never really thought of it as a negative word, but I guess it might make other people think that way, so THANKS, I'll edit that word to prevent any "unwanted" assumption.

THANKS for your compliment, Fanye! Moving to Finland is basically the "craziest" decision that I've ever done in my entire life. I'd always played it safe before that, so I thought to myself, "Why not? You've gotta take a huge (somewhat calculated) risk someday." :-)))

The thing is, some of my friends've done it before and they've shared their experiences with me, so that helped me too in making the decision to move to Finland. But I guess the major factor was my hubby he he...If I hadn't been sure about his being my best friend, I wouldn't have dared to move here.Amelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16792921371964029469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-49890837187315554482007-05-21T09:14:00.000+03:002007-05-21T09:14:00.000+03:00Hello Amel! It also makes my future decisions of possibly moving to America to be with my love or him moving here seem that much easier. :)

I don't think I would dare taste frog. ;) One other comment too: I think I prefer to use the term "inter-cultural relationship" myself, over "inter-racial". Maybe the word "race" just has a negative association with me altogether, not sure. How do you see it?

All the best,
fanyeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-62152498543339548492007-05-21T04:06:00.000+03:002007-05-21T04:06:00.000+03:00not that bad , we've had those foods on many game ...not that bad , we've had those foods on many game shows, "FEAR FACTOR" I think i would try some the might be good for my diet check it out http://ltlmommaslife.blogspot.com/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4756387640551134005.post-62833955572251989192007-05-20T21:06:00.000+03:002007-05-20T21:06:00.000+03:00GOOD, so that means you'd be willing to try at lea...GOOD, so that means you'd be willing to try at least one exotic food if you ever go to Asia/Indo?
