Nope, I haven't actually written down a Christmas list yet, but a gift idea came to mind when I realized that my in-laws' coffee pot can't keep coffee hot too long anymore. What if we buy them a new coffee maker? I'm not sure what brand we should buy, though. I have to browse to compare and contrast first. Their current one is Philips coffee maker.
Speaking of kitchen appliances, I've also been thinking that we might need a blender one day, especially if there are kids later on. It will always be healthier to make some blended fresh fruit juice for them, don't you think so? I'd especially love to make avocado juice mixed with chocolate milk. Yum yum...
Speaking of shopping, the other day hubby has also mentioned to me about how nice it'd be to have a dishwasher. I understand why he wants to buy one, though I don't necessarily think we need one yet. After all, we've survived without one pretty well so far, but the idea of not having to wash your own dishes sounds tempting sometimes (especially on days when I've cleaned so many rooms in the hotel and I come back home not wanting to do any housework!).
Do you have your Christmas wishlist? Or have you started thinking what to give some people on Christmas? Or do you think it's still WAY too early to talk about it? He he...Call me crazy, but I just love planning ahead if I can so that I can avoid being stressed out when there's only a little bit of time left to think before the D-day. Everybody's different, though.
1. My beloved SIL gave me some old clothes that still look SO pretty. THANK YOU SO MUCH, SIL!!! I'm SO blessed HE HE HE HE HE HE...
2. Hubby woke me up this morning since he didn't hear my mobile ringing. I had forgotten to set the alarm. During our car trip, I turned the alarm off and apparently I had only set it up for Monday, not for Mondays to Fridays. THANK GOD for hubby!!!
3. SHOPPING while there's huge sale everywhere (again BIG THANKS to my SIL for taking me to the cheap places in Pori) and having enough money to buy all the things I want to buy and still save some money in my bank account HE HE HE HE HE...
4. Missing my MIL and FIL. I miss visiting them, even though I haven't been there only for one week. I can't wait for Saturday to comeeeeee!!!

5. A blissful holiday with hubby. PLUS it was VERY unexpected. PLUS we had enough money to do it. Praise the Lord!!! :-))))
6. Hubby's thoughtfulness in going to two Chinese restaurants with me even though I knew he'd prefer going somewhere else. THANK YOU, Bonbonsugarpie!!! ;-D UR DA BEST!!!
7. Loving the way hubby touches me...he's such a TENDER, GENTLE person. I LOVE the way he scratches my back, I LOVE the way he tickles my feet, I LOVE the way he kisses me, I LOVE the way he holds my hand...I LOVE touching him, too, of course he he he...I just wanna embrace this feeling fully 'coz we'll never know how long we're going to live on earth...mmmm...You're SO yummy, my beloved hubby!!!

8. Knowing that my parents get along VERY well with my bro's wife and their family. On my bro's birthday, they went out together to have dinner somewhere. I can feel relieved, knowing that they're fine and enjoying their time together. No stress whatsoever!!! :-)))) Plus I know that they're healthy, so that's also a HUGE relief!
9. Finding cheap books in two second hand bookstores in Pori. I bought a novel and a Finnish Bible (Lazy Me have yet to read the Bible, but I'm going to force myself to do it bit by bit!!! It's gonna be TOUGH!!!). I wanna thank Frasypoo for giving me this advice to buy a Finnish Bible to help me learn more Finnish.
10. Being back at home and I truly feel that this is my HOME. :-)))) I know I've felt this way for a long time, but then again it's nice to have this confirmation after leaving this place for a week. ;-D
As you all know, last Christmas was my first Christmas in Finland and at first I was thinking that there would be a rush of people buying things frantically everywhere, but that was not the case. Probably since it's a small village, after all, and there aren't that many stores, so people opt to buy some gifts online by using their credit cards. After all, there are bigger stores in big cities in southern Finland, so there are more options.
How about you? Did you buy gifts online or did you buy all the gifts by going to the stores yourself? I hope your credit card(s) didn't max out during last holiday season, though. Well, if you run out of money right now and you need to compare loans in the UK, you can click on the link.
Anyway, back to Christmas shopping...last Saturday when we visited my in-laws, my mother-in-law took out a warm jacket for my hubby to try. Apparently she had bought it for her husband, but my father-in-law didn't like it. Arttu didn't take it home, though, because I don't think the jacket was his style at all. This thing has happened a few times, you know? Arttu's Mom bought her husband something that he didn't like, then if Arttu liked them, he could take them home. Lucky Arttu!!! *grin*
