3BT: July 4 and 5, 2007

I'm going to wrap two days here he he...

1. Wet socks 'coz it means I've been soaking up the sun by walking on my own two feet and enjoying the heat.

2. Pink-glazed doughnuts. Bought two for myself and my hubby. YUM YUM!

3. Popcorn. We had a big bowl of popcorn while watching a movie together.

4. Farting together at the EXACT same time before we fell asleep. We ended up laughing like crazy. *tee hee*

5. White butterflies floating merrily to and fro among the grass and flowers.

6. Bought a very lovely used sweater for €5 at the flea market. YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I FEEL GOOOOOOOODD, BABBBYYYY!!!! ;-D

Have to add one more:

7. Singaporean Indian Curry Instant Noodle. It tastes SO MUCH like the noodle I used to enjoy in Indo. I simply LOVE the Asian spices in the noodle. The best instant noodle I've found here and my taste bud's SO happy. THANK GOD for that!!! ;-D YIIIPPPPPPPPPIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!!!!

  1. I love that list. How can you go from butterflies to farts? I'm still rolling about giggling here! :-))

I love those instant noodles, but I'm hooked on the chicken ones. To be honest, I like most noodles - except one lot of rice noodles I tried once that tasted like plastic. YUCK

My most exciting food moment here was discovering an internet shop in England that sells South Africa products. My mom and I saved up and bought a whole box of things from "home" for Christmas.

  2. Hi, M!!!

Ha ha ha...well, the fart was the "last" beautiful thing that happened that day. And the butterflies were the first beautiful thing that came into my mind the next day. :-)))

Chicken instant noodles, eh? I'm hooked on noodles with chili! :-))) Not too sour like the Thai ones, but perfect like the Singaporean one I bought. Noodles that tasted like plastic??? Oh dear!!! That must've been SO bad. Yuck indeed!!!

Yeah, I understand what you mean, M. It feels GREAT to relive the "homey" moments from our own homeland. :-)))
