3BT: January 9-10, 2008

1. Meeting MC and having fun at her place.

2. Having a chance to play with her pets.

3. Receiving a BEAUTIFUL card from Crystal. THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU, Buddy!!!!

4. Purplish sky. I've never seen purplish sky before, but I went out just now to buy some milk at Lidl and the sky was SO lovely.

5. Hubby coming to Lidl to pick me up and drop me off at home, but then he had to go somewhere still to work. I called him from Lidl since I realized that I was going to buy heavy stuff and it was snowing pretty heavily outside (it was rather tough to see).

6. The joy of living in a small village. It only took a few minutes for hubby to pick me up, drop me off, and go somewhere, so it wasn't really a hassle after all. But I still APPRECIATE what he did VERY much. :-))))

7. Splurging on a frozen duck. MC told me about this and since I LOVE ducks, I couldn't resist. So I splurge on 1.5 kg of frozen duck, costing me €9.99. Well, I won't die just because I overspend my grocery budget once in a blue moon, right? HE HE HE HE HE...I can't wait until I get to bake the duck, but I'm going to wait a while. We still have plenty of food to eat right now. *drool*

8. Not having a nose that's too sensitive, yet it still works well enough to make me a foodie HE HE HE HE HE...It's just that my hubby has a very sensitive nose, so he can smell bad things SO easily. I'm glad I'm not THAT sensitive!!!!

Additional beautiful things I've forgotten to write down:

*** Vi complimented me. Twice. She said that I looked younger than my age and she thought I was smart HE HE HE HE HE HE...

  1. Vi is right. You are smart and happy woman :D

  2. Jul: Hey, THANKS A LOT for your compliments, too! :-D

  3. You're very welcome, buddy! Thanks for listing me in your 3BT. It means a lot to me. :)

Yes, I can see that you are a smart one. I think it's the fact that Asians always look younger than their real age, don't you think?! He he he he he... ;P

  4. Choc Mint Girl: Hey, it's MY pleasure. The thing is, I rarely get anything personal in the mail, so I'm VERY happy whenever I get something personal he he he...;-D

And yeah, most Asians do look younger than their real age, except those who put on too much make-up HA HA HA HA HA HA...

  5. Oh dear, I only read anout V's compliment now. I guess she doesn't put you down all the time. she gives compliments too. You are smart and look so young, that's so true!

  6. Blur Ting: THANKS for the compliments and no worries. :-))))

  7. Eating my duck tomorrow Amel ..its Jakes birthday - he will be we are cooking Chinese. His choice! Peking Duck and double fried chilli beef!!! YUMMY!!

BTW..I also saw 2.4kg whole ducks in the end of the isle near the yogurts wall. Same price.

I am glad to hear that there are some compliments too from this woman. However one thing I cannot bear from a person is a double edged sword type of personality. You never know where you are!!!!!

Ps.. I dont know how old you are but I will tell you this... When you visited the other day, I thought you looked so much fresher and more beautiful than Id ever seen you before..your hair is longer now..and it looks great that way too.. The R2 is breathing love through you and it shows!

    And ARE smart!!!!

  9. MrsArcticRainbow: AWWWW...HAPPY B-day to Jake then! ;-D The food sounds GREAT! Now I'm drooling he he he...

Oh dear...there's also a 2.4 kg ducks? Tsk tsk tsk...

He he he...these days when I get compliments, I don't think twice about whether they are sincere or not. If they're not, it's their loss, not mine...just as long as I'm not being sweet-talked into buying or doing anything for them, that is HE HE HE HE...

And THANKS SO MUCH for your complimentttttts!!!! ;-D I guess life's been pretty nice to me lately, esp. after I can make money online HA HA HA HA HA...

But then again, when I visited you, I was SO psyched, HAPPY, and EXCITED HE HE HE HE HE HE...;-D So that must've shown, too HI HI HI...
