Need Cure for Insomnia?

I had an emailpal who used to have insomnia and I know that it can be frustrating. Every once in a blue moon, I also experience trouble going to sleep and it really makes me cranky. I found this site which offers insomnia cure.

Take a look at Sleep Deprivation CD. Basically speaking, humans need to be in a state of "relaxed awareness" to be able to sleep. This state can be induced by listening to some type of frequency range called "binaural beats". The CD has been proven to work effectively every night for many people, whose testimonials you can read in the site.

Right now there's a limited SPECIAL offer on this CD. You can try the CD risk-free PLUS they don't charge any shipping fee for international orders. If the CD doesn't work for you, you can return it to them and get your refund. So, if you've been bothered by insomnia, why don't you check out

  1. Hi Amelie! I am soo happily surprised to see your post re insomnia. I have been thinking if I should post something about it myself given that I am having serious problem related to insomnia. I have been like that since I'm a teenager! I am really getting very frustrated: doctors, homeopath and nothing works :( I will have a look at the CD and one of these days I will try to write about my insomnia perhaps people could share some nice ideas with me. I think they could be helpful :)

  3. Perhaps that's why you fall asleep more easily with pitter patter of rain?
Anyway, hope that the physiotherapist can help me out this time!

  4. Fei: You're talking to the wrong person. Most of the time, asides from the occasional trouble of falling asleep due to coffee or mental problems, I can fall asleep no matter what he he he...

But what you said made sense. :-)))) And yeah, I DEFINITELY hope that the physiotherapist can help you!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Why does insomnia happen? The answer is not always clear, sometimes it is caused by stress and other times there might be no apparent reason. There are ways you can improve both the quality and length of your sleep and break free of your patterns of poor sleep habits. You need not fear the night. http://www.besthealthmed.com/sleep_problems.html
