Doggie Award + Names on Snow

Juliana has shared this award with me and I'd love to share it with all my friends he he he he he...

By the way, yesterday I tried to write names on the snow as per Trinity's request, but since it was icy, then it was hard for me to do. I didn't do very well. Plus my feet got freezing after a while, though I wanted to write down all my friends' names. Here are some samples. What do you think? I had to alter the shadow effects to make the letters look clearer. I'll try again when the snow is drier.

There was a layer of ice on top of the snow, so I wrote down the names using a big screwdriver and it took a long time to "carve" out the names. If I used too much energy, the ice layer around the letters would crack. I'm not happy with the results, so I'm gonna try again later.

  3. Jul: I was going to write your name, but my feet were freezing already! I tried writing short names first he he he...Plus I thought I'd try to do it again later 'coz I'm not happy with the result since it was icy snow. Maybe it'll be better to wait until the snow's all dry, not icy.

  4. Kasper: I was going to write all your names, but my feet got freezing already. I had to stop halfway already since I felt too cold...it took me twice outside. I'll try again later and hopefully I'll get all my blogger friends' names later on. These are just samples.

Mother Hen: Yeah, maybe I'll do that, but first I'll wait for drier snow to see how it's like if I try to write on it. ;-D

Karen: Ahhhhh...it rains a lot in Singapore? Well, at least you don't have icy snow which is dangerous he he...

  12. Choc Mint Girl: Glad you loved it, but I'm gonna try again once more next time when the snow's dry he he he he he...;-D

Well, the layer of ice wasn't too thick, but since the snow was a bit thick and I was standing or squatting a long time (not moving too much while carving the letters), my feet felt frozen soon. It was different when I made a snowman 'coz I moved around a lot using my feet he he he he...
